For the purpose of this report, a visit will be made to the Supreme Court. The court visits provide an opportunity for Business Law students to further understand the Australian court system through actual observation of court proceedings. This report will provide a reflective discussion on the experiences and observations during the court visits and also examine briefly the language of the court.
