For your Module 3 SLP assignment, please write a paper that discusses some important points for a head coach to consider when organizing a staff, team, and program. Points to discuss should include, but not be limited to the following:
- practice/workout organization (pre-season, in-season, post-season)
- policy development
- communication style

To receive maximum credit, you must demonstrate understanding of context and purpose of the assignment by bringing all required elements (described above) to the discussion, and meeting additional expectations (described below).
The expected length of your assignment is approximately 2Â½â€“3 pages.
Include at least three in-text references, preferably including one which is other than those provided in the assigned readings.
