compare and contrast learning theories 1
Students will write a 3-5 page paper comparing and contrasting the learning theories discussed in Chapter 2 (Berger)
The theories I’d like include Psychoanalytical Theory, Sociocultural Theory and Cognitive Theory.
The paper will include contributions as well as criticisms of each theory and how these theories relate to personality development. The student will examine one theory and discuss its relevance (or lack of relevance) to early childhood development. The student will also examine the learning theories from a Christian worldview.
The paper will follow APA style and format: title page, one-inch margins, 12 font, Times New Roman, double-space. Do not use quotations; instead, paraphrase and cite the source. Students will cite a minimum of three scholarly sources. Textbooks permitted for this assignment.
