INTERVENTION: Bedside shift report.
COMPARISON: Bedside shift report vs. traditional private verbal report.
OUTCOMES: Patient safety and satisfaction.
TIME: 6 months

PICO Question:In an adult telemetry unit at Banner Boswell Memorial Hospital, does bedside shift report promote patient safety and improve patient satisfaction survey compared to traditional private verbal report within the six months period of time?
