Introductory Reflection paper: This paper should be no less than 4 pages in length. In this paper, you will be addressing the following issues.

• What does the term “management” mean to you??
• How are management and leadership the same? How are they different?
• Have well do you think you would perform in a management or leadership position? Would you be effective in this role? What might you need to learn?
