Background 1. The Oman Power and Water Procurement Company (OPWPC) intends to prepare a proposal for the placement of SCADA/EMS System. The SCADA/EMS system should include all hardware, software, system integration and installation of a complete automated working system to replace manual electric power supply system. The company has hired you as a SCADA expert to prepare the proposal for new SCADA system.
